OSM Battery builds portable power stations on LiFePO4 (LFP32135) cells, from 288 Wh to 3840 Wh with 300 W to 3600 W pure sine wave AC output. Every platform shares one architecture: an independent DC stage that stays live when the inverter is switched off, MPPT solar charging up to 2000 W, and UPS transfer under 20 ms so connected equipment rides through a mains failure.
Which portable power station fits your duty
| Capacity | AC output | Typical duty |
|---|---|---|
| 288–600 Wh | 300–600 W | Test instruments, cameras, lighting, field diagnostics |
| 1000–1800 Wh | 1000–1800 W | Laptops, drones, small appliances, a full day of site work |
| 2400–3840 Wh | 2400–3600 W | Refrigeration, power tools, multi-day off-grid duty |
Three things decide the choice: capacity and runtime, output and interfaces, and expansion. Our expandable portable power station platforms accept add-on battery modules, so a 1200 Wh unit can grow later without replacing the inverter — the same chassis scales across a project or a fleet. Output panels combine AC outlets with USB-A QC 3.0, USB-C PD up to 140 W, 12 V car sockets, DC5521 barrel outputs and an XT60 charging input, so one station can run mixed AC and DC loads at the same time.
Each station also works as a standby UPS: pass-through charging keeps the battery topped up while mains power is present, and the inverter takes over automatically when it is not. Units ship with CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE, UN38.3 and MSDS documentation plus UN packing paperwork for export.
All platforms are supplied for OEM, ODM and private-label programmes — your logo, your packaging, your port configuration. The portable power station OEM manufacturer programme lists the full model range, interfaces, certification and container loading.
